How long do I have access?

Is this only for Ivy League applicants?
No. Most of the guide — how the Common App works, writing activities and essays, building a balanced list, recommendations, timelines, financial aid — applies to almost any four-year application. Some sections do focus on highly selective admissions, and they say so when they do.
Does this guarantee admission?
No, and you should be wary of anything that claims to. Admissions are holistic and unpredictable, and a lot of it is outside any applicant's control. The goal of the guide is to help you understand the process, make informed decisions, and present yourself clearly.
What's in the examples library?

You read the essay on the college's site, then use the commentary to understand the structure. New examples and categories are added over time at no extra cost.
